Personal Information We Collect Indirectly
Automatically-Collected Information

Personal Information Collected to Fulfill our Services to Clients
When you engage Stellar to provide the Services, we collect and use information that is necessary for the performance of those Services. Stellar provides advice to businesses to help them grow through to a sale transaction. As such, much of the information needed to provide the Services relates to the company or organization – our “Client” – for which the Services are to be provided and is not personal information. This includes Client financials, contracts and other typical due diligence materials.
However, some of the information that is provided by Clients’ representatives (or in some instances collected from third parties at the request of our Clients) in order for us to fulfill the Services constitutes personal information.. This information may include:
- Basic information such as Client representatives’ names, positions and contact information
- Employee and payroll information
- Other personal information that may be needed to provide the Services to the Client.
If you provide us with the personal information of other individuals, including your organization’s employees, for purposes of the Services, please ensure that you have the authority to do so.
We only use this information to provide our Services. The information that our Clients provide may be disclosed to third parties to the extent that is reasonably necessary in connection with the performance of our Services – such as when we contact potential buyers for your company or organization.

The legal basis upon which we rely to collect and use the personal information described above will depend on the type of information we collect and the purpose for which we collect it.

Opting-Out of Marketing Communications from Us

We will gladly comply with all requests to opt-out of or unsubscribe from promotional communications, but reserve the maximum amount of time allowed by law to process such requests. Children’s Information
The Site and Services are not directed toward persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly market to or collect any personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to submit any personal information to us or on the Site.
